• Serve as SME for material handling equipment vendor technologies and provide tier 2 support access to warehouse management systems.
• Drive vendor and non-vendor problem ticket resolution through thorough root cause analysis.
• Review and approve support documentation from vendors and engineering teams.
• Perform final technical operations sign-off on deployments impacting hardware.
• Configure advanced local warehouse management and automation integrations as needed.

Job Description

The System Analyst will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and escalation, warehouse management technology analysis, understanding of automation system and vendor management/engagement. In parallel, the Systems Analyst will provide operational optimization support, process improvement, support contract input, business resumption and remote access standardization, provide technical operations requirements for supply chain projects and approve support documentation provided by vendor or engineering.

This position will be on site 5-days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain incident data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Identify technology/system inefficiencies in Supply Chain operations processes and work on solutions to optimize
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance related to supply chain systems
• Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and project objectives
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain IT Ops performance and KPIs
• Support projects related to supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Providing initial triage and root cause analysis for complex warehouse management and automation incidents
• Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for material handling equipment (MHE) vendor technologies and providing tier 2 support access to warehouse management systems
