• ITIL or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMDB health checks, data cleanup, and de-duplication tasks.
• Manage daily CMDB administration, stability, and performance.
• Administer the CMDB Health Dashboard and integration efforts.

The successful candidate will oversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) support services, manage CMDB health, and ensure data integrity to support various ITSM processes.
