Under the guidance of the Human Resource Director, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the computerized system database for Human Resources. This position requires strong analytical skills in gathering information from users, developing and compiling reports, and defining actual or potential problems and trends. The Analyst serves as a resource person for the daily operational issues involving Human Resources.
Associates - Preferred
3-5 Years Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and Crystal - Required
Specialized training or education in Personal Computer, Word, Excel, Power Point. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written presentation. In lieu of a degree, some college or technical training and equivalent work experience in computer information systems or related healthcare computer systems will be considered. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a complex team environment collaborating with external and internal professionals.

Knowledge of procedures for observing security, confidentiality and integrity of co-worker information is maintained. Completion and accuracy of processes and project documentation requirements is demonstrated within deadlines.
Statistics are aggregated and monitored. Additional reports are generated upon request by established deadline. Completes salary surveys upon request.
Training needs are identified and materials are developed. Software problems are reported to IS if unable to resolve. Provides administrator support for computer based learning software.
