Job summary

Summary: This position involves professional and technical work in the evaluation of existing methods and procedures and selection, design, management and implementation of automated systems. The incumbent assists the Program Manager in software review and selection.

Essential Functions/Qualifications/Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years experience in a senior level programming or systems position. Demonstrated superior ability and additional experience in management or systems may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Education and Experience:

Graduation from a four-year college or university is required. Certification from a technical program or college will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience in designated field.
