TheSystems Analyst supports Alma College's enterprise information systems (EIS), databases, reporting platforms, and data integrations. Working in collaboration with campus departments, vendors, and ITS staff, this position analyzes, improves, and helps modernize business processes, develops technical solutions, supports data-driven decision making, participates in enterprise systems and database administration activities, and helps ensure the effective operation, security, and long-term sustainability of the College's administrative systems.
Supervision Received: This position reports to the Director of Web Development and has no supervisory responsibilities.
