Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a local IT Operations Analyst to manage incident response, monitor platform health, and enforce security and compliance standards across enterprise infrastructure.

You will support Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA solutions, and coordinate with Network and Security teams to resolve production issues, perform upgrades, and maintain documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3+ years of related experience, with strong troubleshooting, PowerShell

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, security, networking, endpoint, or app administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, and security events.

Position Summary

The analyst serves as a key operational resource responsible for incident management, problem resolution, policy administration, user support, platform monitoring, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, and security-related events.
• Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
• Partner with Network, Security, and Endpoint teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform software upgrades, maintenance activities, and configuration changes.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.
• Support audit, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
• Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to operational standards and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
