Champro Sports in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and secure IT infrastructure across multi-site environments. You will provide server, network, and end-user support, ensuring reliability and security of systems used daily across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, DNS/DHCP, and incident response, with opportunities to implement new technologies and improve workflows. Occasional off-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
• MCSA, CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ or Net+ certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of IT/system administration or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, over-the-phone, and remote technical support for servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows server infrastructure and AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Install, configure, and manage servers, networking gear, and security patches.
• Plan and perform system-wide changes with minimal service interruptions.
• Support end users and document procedures and solutions.
