Job summary

Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage servers, network, endpoints, and cloud services. You will support office, shop floor, and remote sites, partnering with the IT Manager on projects while handling day-to-day operations.

This role fits someone with a few years in infrastructure who wants breadth across systems, networking, and security within a small IT team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewall.
• Experience with server virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and backups.
• Strong security practices: MFA, patching, access control, phishing awareness.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Maintain virtualization hosts and VM lifecycles; monitor resources.
• Own backup/recovery operations and DR planning.
• Patch servers/workstations and schedule maintenance windows.
• Support ERP/MRP, CAD/CAM, and shop-floor systems with vendors as needed.
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts before outages.
