Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain Windows Server environments, AD, and cloud services while supporting employees across office, shop floor, and remote sites.

The role combines systems, networking, and security in a small IT team, with opportunities to work on infrastructure projects, patch cycles, and disaster recovery planning. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with server virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Experience with backup and restore operations.
• Strong security practices including MFA, patching, and phishing awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP and file/print services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Maintain virtualization hosts and VM lifecycles.
• Own backup and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide infrastructure support for ERP/MRP and shop-floor systems.
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts to prevent outages.
• Support end-user devices and IT operations including onboarding/offboarding.
• Document runbooks, standards, and project contributions.
