Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a systems administrator to manage a large, mission-critical network of servers hosting ATG software. You will deploy applications, run scripts, configure security, and monitor performance to support the Offender Management Suite.

The role requires experience with Windows Server, PowerShell, VMware, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Linux, plus the ability to work independently and travel as needed. U.S. citizenship required for contract with a federal agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies and scripting (PowerShell).
• Experience with VMware and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and server hardware metrics.

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics of servers and networks managed by ATG team.
• Monitor automated processes (backups, data exchanges) for success.
• Respond to alerts from monitoring systems and resolve issues.
• Complete projects within time estimates with minimal rework.
• Keep supervisor informed on progress and results.
• Proactively update technical skills and knowledge.
