Job summary

FGS, LLC seeks a System Administrator to manage servers running Windows and UNIX; the role supports the Air Force DCGS Experimental enclave at Langley AFB, VA. Non-daytime, weekends, and holidays shiftwork are required, with a TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience performing core systems administration, including user accounts management using Active Directory and network storage.
• DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II requirement.
• One year of Linux/Unix experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Core Service system administration for Langley AFB including network storage, print services, backups, and AD user management.
• Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux/Unix issues; remotely manage VSS across sites.
• Update and patch operating systems and software to maintain STIG/SCAP compliance.
• Prepare security documentation and implementation plans for new systems; coordinate CSRDs and PRs.
• Coordinate/Complete CSRDs and PRs.
