Collins Aerospace seeks a system administrator, software engineer, or IT specialist to sustain AF DCGS/GEOINT applications at Langley AFB, VA. The role requires 24x7 shifts, secure environment, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure mission readiness across Linux/Windows platforms.

Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 certification, and 5+ years on related IT or GEOINT systems, with a STEM background. Onsite work is required with relocation and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start date.
• Current DoD 8570 certification (or higher) required.
• 5+ years of experience in computer system administration, including some DCGS experience.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 mission support for Full Motion Video, U-2, and Global Hawk operations.
• Monitor sensor health using ground control systems and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system issues and report incidents during problem resolution.
• Collaborate with customer, Raytheon in-plant engineers and OEMs on new capabilities.
• Work with a team across the AF DCGS enterprise and understand customer requirements.
