Job summary

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide operational support for its enterprise infrastructure, including servers, identity services, cloud platforms, and related technologies.

This role focuses on maintaining reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with IT teams on projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring business needs are met. A Bachelor's degree and hands-on OS/cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Enterprise Linux operating systems.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, or similar infrastructure services.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, backup and recovery, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Enterprise Linux environments.
• Support core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security while identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Assist with automation and operational improvements using scripting tools such as PowerShell.
