Job summary

Fuse Engineering is seeking a mid-level infrastructure professional to manage data center services, ensuring high availability for physical and virtual servers and storage. You will lead projects, design policies, troubleshoot, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 5–9 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s in CS/IT (or equivalent with experience). A Security+ and Linux+ certification are required by 6/30/2024, with VMware and Red Hat certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or substitutable by experience).
• CompTIA Security+ CE (required) and CompTIA Linux+ or equivalent (required by 6/30/2024)
• VMware Certified Professional, Red Hat CSA/ engineer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage essential infrastructure services to ensure high availability and performance of data center services and systems.
• Lead medium-to-large scale projects and design/implement system policies.
• Conduct advance troubleshooting and participate in direct recovery during critical failures.
• Mentor Tier I/II staff and work independently or in teams to complete projects on time.
