Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (10 years total).
• Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator for Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Install and load OS software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resource utilization.
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets and status updates.
