Qualifications
- 20 years of experience as a software engineer in large-scale programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; four years of SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex database interfaces and queries.
- Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Ability to apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict outcomes of software design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance complex software systems.
- Resolve software defects and contribute to system design decisions.
- Lead one or more software development teams and ensure quality processes.
- Design novel algorithms that meet timing and performance constraints.
