Qualifications

• 20 years of experience as a software engineer in large-scale programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; four years of SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex database interfaces and queries.
• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Ability to apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict outcomes of software design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance complex software systems.
• Resolve software defects and contribute to system design decisions.
• Lead one or more software development teams and ensure quality processes.
