Job summary

McGill Associates, PA is seeking an IT leader to oversee security, networks, and IT operations across multiple offices in the region. You will manage assets, coordinate with vendors, and procure technology while ensuring business continuity and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or MIS coupled with extensive IT experience.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of security and networking best practices to protect company systems.
• Install, maintain, and administer computer networks and related hardware and software; travel to McGill locations as needed.
• Assist IT Director in procurement of IT assets, software and peripherals.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations for all IT assets, systems and software.
• Configure and monitor email, antivirus, and firewall solutions.
• Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and network access.
• Plan and perform updates to image server and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate network cabling and infrastructure installations.
• Manage relationships with internal offices and external IT vendors.
• Back up data and support disaster recovery planning.
• Prepare monthly IT status reports for leadership.
