Job summary

• College degree in an Information Technology field required (4-year preferred).
• 2+ years experience supporting IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure and users across multiple locations.
• Support PC/laptop hardware and software.
• Support physical and virtual servers.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
• Provide secondary support for network administration.
• Manage Active Directory related to hardware, users, groups, and policies.
• Support email systems.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and training opportunities.
• Perform project-related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
