Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional information technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, incl. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing and more.
• Handle identity and access management: provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA, Conditional Access.
• Manage Windows workstations via Intune and Windows Autopilot; deploy device configurations and updates.
• Maintain endpoint policies, software deployments, and security configurations.
• Support Microsoft Teams configurations and integrations.
