Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator L3 to join our growing team. You will maintain, support, and optimize the IT infrastructure, resolve escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement advanced system enhancements.

Responsibilities include OS installation, AD/DP/DNS/DHCP administration, backup/recovery, automation scripting, and patch management. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills are essential as a SME for core

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years.
• Proven experience as an L3 Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise operating systems, such as Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.
• Level 3: BS + 15 years experience

The Systems Administrator L3 is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team, performing root cause analysis, and implementing advanced system enhancements. The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $225K.
