Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to join a mission-focused team supporting SOA, applications, and intelligence community customers. You will maintain desktop and server systems, monitor security, and ensure reliable operation across local and wide area networks.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAT 2 compliance, RMF experience, and an active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Proficiency with Oracle and CENTOS architectures is expected as you help integrate new technologies and migrate corporate

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• Experience with RMF in DoD/DIA programs.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to LAN/WAN.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Participate in developing and delivering training as requested to support applications.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness; witness IV&V results; troubleshoot and recommend improvements.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support; escalate to agency management as needed.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Install/load operating system and application software.
• Integrate new technologies into existing systems and support migration of corporate systems.
