Job summary

You will be the point of contact for end-user support, administer Windows Server, Datto backups, SAN storage, and Active Directory, and drive automation, patching, disaster recovery, and documentation efforts to improve stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Must have Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
• Active Directory and identity management expertise.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).

Responsibilities

• Point person for end-user support.
• Administer Windows Server, Datto backups, and SAN storage.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Oversee patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Proactively monitor system performance and improve stability.
• Execute system upgrades and infrastructure changes.
• Contribute to automation, optimization, and standardization efforts.
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
