Systems Administrator II – Constellation West

Join Constellation West as a Systems Administrator II to support Information System work for NSWC‑PD and other federal agencies. This role requires a strong engineering background, a Secret clearance, and experience in systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, infrastructure, and network services.
• Provide help‑desk level support for end‑user devices, primarily troubleshooting stand‑alone laptops.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and performance in accordance with federal and contractor standards.
• Document procedures, maintain configuration management records, and support configuration control.

Qualifications

• Active final Secret clearance.
• Active IAT II certification.
• Associate’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems from an accredited college/university.
• Demonstrable 3 years of experience in systems administration.
• Experience with help‑desk support and troubleshooting of stand‑alone laptops.
• Ability to work onsite at either NSWC‑PD or a regional contractor office.
