Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure smooth and secure operations.
• Troubleshoot, research, and configure applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage systems including Windows AD domains and Windows/Linux servers.
• Maintain virtual server environments and support scalable operations.
• Administer accounts, network rights, and system access; ensure security (HBSS or equivalent).
• Manage DNS and cloud storage environments; follow Master Incident Management Plan.
