Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• MCSA preferred but not required.
• Citrix XenApp and/or VMware ESXi experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotating server environment support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Monitor server systems performance and generate reports for management.
• Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems.
• Perform server security patching and hardware asset management.
• Liaise with helpdesk and development staff to support servers.
