Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s IT degree preferred or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2–5 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and basic administration.
• Familiarity with AD, Entra ID, MFA, and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune.
• Exposure to Hyper-V, Veeam, and backup concepts.
• Basic networking knowledge and VPN troubleshooting.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge and scripting ability.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Windows Server maintenance, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support Hyper-V virtualization, VM administration, monitoring, and issues escalation.
• Assist with Veeam backup and recovery, verify restores, and maintain backups docs.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration tasks including license support and service health.
• Support Intune endpoint management tasks and device enrollment.
• Assist with AD and Entra ID identity administration and MFA support.
• Maintain familiarity with Azure tasks and documentations.
• Provide basic networking support for DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN issues.
• Respond to escalated tickets related to servers, endpoints, and access.
• Use PowerShell to gather information and automate routine tasks.
• Monitor alerts and security notifications, escalate per procedures.
• Assist with patching and maintenance windows following change control.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of procedures and configs.
• Follow security best practices and least privilege access.
• Collaborate across teams on infrastructure projects.
