Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on training in IT or related field.
• Zero to two years of professional experience.
• Internship experience or labs are valuable experience.
• Foundational understanding of Windows and Linux, virtualization, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, identity/auth, and cloud basics.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance, availability, and security of ACA infrastructure and cloud services.
• Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Windows Server, and AD services.
• Perform routine operational tasks: account management, patch validation, backups, health checks.
• Support identity/access management following security/compliance needs.
• Collaborate with teams on automation and IaC using PowerShell, Python, and Git.
• Document procedures, configurations, inventories, and runbooks.
• Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes.
