Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator with Windows and Linux experience to support multiple cloud environments and IaC/CaC. In this role you will work across the full IT project lifecycle, providing technical support for Windows, Linux, and cloud services in a secure government context.

You will harden systems, maintain IAM policies, manage AMIs, deploy Ansible scripts, and troubleshoot issues related to AD, networking, and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities.
• 3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties.
• Experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and/or diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8).
• Hardening systems to meet security standards.
• Maintaining COTS & GOTS software.
• Sustaining production systems (fireswalls, file servers, security monitoring systems) that serve many end users.
• Interfacing with customers to provide technical guidance to resolve problems.
• Debugging and enhancing Ansible scripts to deploy IaC and CaC.
• Set/configure IAM policies to enable customer RBAC.
• Integrate platform capabilities (e.g., Nessus) in workload.
• Coordinate to meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot OS, networking, cloud services, and software.
• Perform Active Directory administration and Group Policy management.
