As a Systems Administrator IV, you will advise, assist, inform, train, and alert on IT systems within your scope. You will manage all or part of projects involving systems and storage, contributing to a more sustainable world.

1. Administration
2. Responsible for the optimal functioning of system and storage components
3. Implement tools to ensure infrastructure coherence
4. Maintain a global view of information systems and company processes
5. Develop rules for tool usage in line with standards
6. Document, promote, and monitor applications
7. Manage and maintain technical infrastructures (servers, virtualization, storage, backup)
8. Handle operations on major incidents related to systems and storage
9. Monitor resources (servers, virtualization, storage, backup)
10. Install active connections (ESX, servers, storage) and system software
11. Follow procedures for hardware/software installation and connection
12. Control and install updates
13. Test system and storage equipment
14. Understand impacts on production
15. Ensure operability of solutions and associated organization
16. Control project security constraints

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in VMware, Citrix, Storage, Windows Server
• Prefer Linux OS knowledge
• Prefer VMware, Citrix, NetApp certifications
• Prefer 5 years in server hardware maintenance and support

Knowledge/Skills:

• Expertise in Data Storage Solutions (NetApp, EMC)
• Expertise in Server/Storage hardware (Dell, HP, EMC, NetApp)
• Expertise in VMware Administration (vSphere, vSAN)
• Expertise in Citrix Virtualization
• General Systems Administration (Windows Server)
• IT Engineering and Architecture skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of ITIL processes

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Preferred VMware VCA, VCP
• Preferred NetApp certifications
• Preferred EMC Data Storage certifications
• Preferred Citrix CCP-V, CCA-V
