In the role of Planning Supervisor, you'll support the complete cycle of material flow—from procurement and control of materials to planning and control of work in process and finished products. This position contributes to our vision by:

  1. Ensuring the alignment of the materials management strategy with the business strategies driving sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing.
  2. Demonstrating ability to consistently deliver products and services to meet the customer's needs.
  3. Developing materials storage and delivery processes supportive of manufacturing operations.
  4. Implementing the correct process for inbound and outbound material tracking.
  5. Determining departmental inventory management strategies and objectives.
  6. Managing an efficient process for production scheduling, master production scheduling, MRP, demand management, S&OP, and stock policy.
  7. Identifying creative solutions and proactively implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness on the supply chain team.
  8. Adhering to safe work practices and contributing to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
  9. Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  10. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prefers APICS CPIM
