We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and career-rewarding experience to recruit and develop top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We seek a highly experienced and skilled Systems Administrator with a minimum of eleven (11) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree. The successful candidate will manage and maintain our Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, MySQL Server 2022, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Build, manage, and maintain the organization’s Windows-based infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems, including compliance with security requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Collaborate with development and security teams for seamless system integration
• Develop backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend infrastructure improvements
• Participate in migration planning to cloud-based infrastructure
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using analytical skills
• Maintain technical documentation

Required Skills

• Experience in systems administration with a focus on Windows infrastructure
• Strong skills in Active Directory, Windows Server, and MySQL Server 2022
• Familiarity with PowerShell and SQL Query language
• Understanding of network fundamentals, protocols, ports, and architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
• Knowledge of security compliance requirements

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Security+ or CISSP certification
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator or Solutions Expert
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

Pay Information

Salary Range: $146,670 - $249,330
