Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of office automation and system administration support, including hardware, systems software, system performance, security, and network integration. Requires in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in the discipline. Typically determines own work priorities and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Study program operating instruction sheets to determine equipment setup and operation.
  • Review, control, and schedule input data. Support computer functions such as software updates, access security, backups, log maintenance, and supply management.
  • Monitor system operation via console panels, storage devices, printers, and console printers to identify failures.
  • Adjust operations when system units malfunction.
  • Maintain operating records including performance and production reports.
  • Set and audit standards.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance; be willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Range: $61,891.66 USD - $145,058.58 USD. Compensation depends on experience and other non-discriminatory factors. Most sales roles are eligible for commissions; non-sales roles may be eligible for bonuses.
