Job summary

StrataTech Education Group is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure reliable support for staff and students.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows/Linux environments, and knowledge of AD, cloud services, and virtualization. On‑call rotation and cross‑functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers in physical and virtual environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure/monitor virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and backups.
