Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage operating systems, security tools, and hardware across the organization. You will diagnose issues, administer users, security permissions, and group policies while ensuring network and server health.

The role involves deploying software via automated methods, supporting collaboration tools, and maintaining documentation. You will be on call for Azure, email, web, and database systems, and help onboard new staff.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in IT.
• Experience with Windows, Office, Intune, antivirus software, endpoint management and security software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivated self-starter who is self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT responsibilities including operating systems, security tools, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve problems quickly and communicate with users and teams.
• Perform systems administration tasks: user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring.
• Maintain internal infrastructure: security updates, intranet, email, web, antivirus, networks, load balancers, file/printing services.
• Support and administer virtual machines and servers (e.g., Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Deploy company software via automated methods.
• Support collaboration software (GoToMeeting, Teams).
• Read complex logging tools such as Papertrail and NewRelic.
• Be on call for Azure, email, web, and database system support.
• Onboard new employees: system deployment, account creation, support.
• Build and maintain technical documentation and IT policies.
