Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science technology or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of work experience in design, configuration, and planning of local and/or wide area networks.
• Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers local, hybrid, and cloud servers, networking, and infrastructure systems.
• Manages user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls per policy.
• Leads server, networking, and application service issue resolution to ensure high service levels.
• Plans and implements college system cybersecurity including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and incident response.
• Sets standards for software deployments, OS levels, and patching cadence.
• Maintains inventory for software, servers, and related purchases.
• Other duties as assigned.
