Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure operations in a production environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Active Directory, and related resources.
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, EDR/antivirus, encryption, monitoring, and remote support.
• Strong cross-system troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, AD, licenses, mailboxes, and groups.
• Manage endpoints, patching, EDR, encryption, monitoring, and remote support for Windows/macOS.
• Troubleshoot incidents across authentication, mail flow, SaaS apps, and vendor integrations.
• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Support networking, backups, Azure/AWS services, DNS, and recovery testing (5–10%).
