Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the EEOC with enterprise Microsoft services. The role covers Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and security controls across a federal network.

Responsibilities include user provisioning, policy management, automation with PowerShell, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain secure, compliant systems and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, GPOs and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure, AD and M365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure GPOs and security settings across the enterprise.
• Support identity and access management, provisioning and reviews.
• Document configurations and procedures for change control.
