Job summary

Brio Water Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the IT team. You will perform hands-on administration across M365, Google Workspace, and identity platforms, while coordinating security tooling and automation projects. The role combines daily IT ops with periodic networking and recovery tasks.

You will work with a team of IT professionals, reporting to the Director of IT Operations, in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years hands-on systems administration in a production environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, AD and related identities.
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, EDR, encryption, monitoring, and remote support.
• Strong cross-system troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational risks and drive platform rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
• Administer Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Workspace.
• Manage endpoints across Windows and macOS, including patching and EDR.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and turn repeat issues into durable fixes or runbooks.
• Develop PowerShell automation for recurring tasks and reporting.
• Support networking and recovery tasks including Azure Site Recovery and backups.
