Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid IT infrastructure with emphasis on Azure, Entra ID, and Windows Server. You will support backups, security operations, and 365 services while collaborating across IT teams.

The role involves documentation, incident escalation, and participation in migrations and tech refresh projects to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of systems, cloud, or network administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity.
• Maintain and support on-premises servers, virtualization, and storage.
• Monitor network and security operations; assist with complex implementations.
• Document incidents and runbooks using HaloITSM.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve reliability and security.
• Support Microsoft 365 infrastructure with Architect coordination.
• Participate in migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
