Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and support cloud, on-premises, and hybrid IT infrastructure, focusing on Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, and AD. You will coordinate with the IT team to ensure secure, reliable operations and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar field, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; relevant certifications considered.
• 2+ years in systems administration, cloud, or network roles with Azure/Entra ID and hybrid infra.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP.
• Maintain on-prem and hybrid infrastructure, including virtualization and storage.
• Support day-to-day network and security operations with health monitoring.
• Document configurations, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve reliability and security.
