Responsibilities

Maintain organization-wide computer systems workflows and ensure reliable operation of systems and networks.
Develop advanced technical solutions for network, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
Troubleshoot highly complex system hardware and software issues.
Create training materials for end users on hardware and software usage.
Plan and implement software installations and OS upgrades.
Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance.
Protect data integrity with standard software/hardware solutions and backups.
