Daily Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets related to servers, applications, networks, and desktops, including managing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services.
• Prioritize incoming support calls and tickets to meet SLAs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform daily system checks and resolve discrepancies across multiple clients.
• Deploy and configure workstations, servers, VPNs, printers, and routers; install software and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage data backups, restores, and validation tests.
• Set up and modify user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor system performance and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate server patching schedules and provide onsite and remote support with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Server 2012-2019, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Support experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and MDM.
• Hands-on virtualization skills; familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus), backup solutions, and network storage.
• Experience with WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, and network security protocols.
