Our client is seeking a Design Systems Designer to support their marketing growth initiatives across their hardware product line.

About the Team

Their design team consists of innovative designers passionate about creating immersive retail experiences for wearable hardware technology. Their goal is to craft captivating in-store displays, interactive demos, and online shopping experiences that highlight product features, build brand awareness, and boost sales.

About the Role

The role involves creating polished UI designs and prototypes for mobile, tablet, and web applications. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and develop systems to manage static assets, videos, and translations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create designs and prototypes, clearly communicate design decisions to the team.
• Maintain and update the team's multi-theme/brand design system.
• Deliver high-quality production designs and support asset creation, management, and localization processes.
• Guide engineers during implementation to ensure high-quality feature launches.
• Proactively report project progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UI interaction and visual design skills.
• Experience designing with Figma for mobile devices.
• Experience maintaining complex design systems in Figma.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes beyond simple click-throughs.
• Ability to learn independently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
• Experience with 3D design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $75.00 - $92.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, PTO, and more. Eligibility varies based on employment specifics.
