Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
• 8+ years of systems administration experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Your role will involve managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our networks. With a TS SCI Clearance, you will work in a secure environment, supporting critical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.- Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.- Implement security measures and protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.- Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system upgrades and enhancements.- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.- Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing their concerns and resolving system-related queries.- Ensure the integrity and availability of data through regular backups and disaster recovery planning.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.Required Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
