Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions Inc. in Florida seeks a hardware/software maintenance professional to support the Army RVCT prototype development program. You will perform maintenance across RVCT hardware and software and help document procedures.

You will collect RAM data, contribute to NET course development, support test and evaluation events, and assist with creating maintenance instructions. Travel 40%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational or simulated military hardware maintenance.
• Experience in simulation hardware/software testing.
• Operational understanding of virtual collective simulation exercise control.
• Writing or updating maintenance plans and procedures.
• Experience in Help Desk management and coordination.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware/software maintenance across RVCT prototype development.
• Document maintenance tasks and RAM data; assist NET course development.
• Support RVCT test and evaluation events through hardware operation/preparation.
• Document maintenance actions and help create maintenance procedures/instructions.
