Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible conversion or extension

Job Description:

Looking for Systems Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with application deployments and on-boarding
• Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
• Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
• Compile & present benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
• Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
• Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
• Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution
• Perform project management activities on major initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders and
• holding them accountable to timelines (PM activities is not the main part of the role)
• Create documentation for a new process or SOP
• Create documentation on Key Business Decisions

Experience:

• Using a Client custom system
• Any trade compliance system (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus
• Preferences:
• Longer stints on resume is a preference

Skills:

Hands on system experience; issue logging and tracking and communicating with stakeholders

System testing experience
