Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate various systems used for seamless data flow and process automation.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems used by defining data requirements, establishing data governance practices, and performing data validation checks.

Provide training to end-users on new systems or enhancements. Offer ongoing support by addressing user inquiries or issues related to system functionality.

Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new sales members by providing comprehensive training on Salesforce tailored specifically for the business unit.

Support change management efforts related to system implementations or enhancements by communicating changes effectively, addressing user concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions.

Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business unit such as project profitability, resource utilization, or project timelines.

Up to 15% travel required

  • Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional partners

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 or more years of related work-related experience in sales support, sales operations, or IT support
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Preferred experience using advanced analytical software and creating dashboards
  • SharePoint Site Administration
