Job summary

Infojini Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise server systems across Windows and Linux environments.

You will support business applications, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stable IT operations. The role covers administering Windows Server and Linux OS, maintaining databases, and overseeing network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise-class systems.
• 3–5 years maintaining routers, switches or wireless devices.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016–2022 and Linux/RHEL 8.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Certifications in Windows Server, RHCSA, Network+ and Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise server systems.
• Investigate system warnings, errors, and incidents to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Deploy and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Maintain routers, switches, wireless devices, and network infrastructure.
• Implement server configurations following documented plans and change control procedures.
• Manage incident queues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain technical documentation.
• Prepare project status reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting enterprise-class systems.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining routers, switches, or wireless devices.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016–2022 and Linux/RHEL 8.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, RHCSA, CompTIA Network+, Nutanix NCP-MCI, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
