Our client, a pioneer in health management and billing technology, is on the lookout for a proactive and driven Systems Administrator to join their fast-paced environment. This is a key role within the Application Systems Integration Team, where you'll help ensure the stability, security, and scalability of internally developed systems that power mission-critical services.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Systems Administrator, you won’t just be keeping the lights on — you’ll be enhancing and evolving complex systems that directly impact the company’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of internally developed applications — from server builds and deployments to ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Automating system processes and tasks through efficient scripting (primarily PowerShell) to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.
• Fortifying system security using industry best practices and proactive monitoring.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 and newer.
• Solid understanding of web and .NET application management and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Advanced knowledge of custom .NET application environments.
• Deep expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with F5 administration and DevOps pipelines.
• Background in working with distributed/remote teams.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CISSP.

This is a remote position, but we are only considering candidates physically based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones (PST/MST), not just those willing to work those hours.
