Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

This position is for a business system administrator to support a CTMS system.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with study teams to onboard and deactivate users into CTMS including training various personnel and providing support documentation.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing as new features are released.

• Gather and evaluate system data to improve user processes and optimize utilization.

• Work with Business Admin team to ensure global coverage, support, consistency in how the studies are set up.

• Streamline and document business system processes.

• Manage and maintain the tickets to ensure all requests are met in a timely manner.

• Provide system demos, presentation overviews to the business stakeholders as needed to ensure full understanding of the CTMS system.

• Perform various system testing within CTMS for upgrades.

• Conduct deep dive training for study teams and CRO

Must:

• Strong knowledge of Clinical Research
• Ability to interpret data per the business processes to identity accuracy, inaccurate, missing data
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems
• Communication skills to support business success with systems and data
• Be proactive in troubleshooting issues

Rate is $60-75/hr w2, 9 month contract. This position is remote.
